Welcome to The Therapy Hub

We are a co-operative of therapists and well-being practitioners, brought together by our passion to support people.

Maybe you've lost your way and are feeling stuck, maybe you're struggling with low mood, bereavement, loss of identity, lifestyle changes or worried about how much you're drinking.

Life can be tough and we believe everyone deserves a bit of extra support to get through the tricky times.

Working from our rooms in Keighley, we offer a safe, confidential space to talk things through and consider your path forward, empowering you to find a way through difficult times.

We also offer online and telephone sessions.

Therapeutic support is something many of us can need at some point in our life. Having therapy is about understanding, reflecting, processing and healing in a useful way, whatever is troubling you.

A person centred approach is at the heart of what I offer, believing that we are all experts on ourselves.  Sometimes we can lose our way and there is no shame in having help to rediscover which direction we want to go in.
