About me
Sometimes it can be scary to start the journey, particularly if you are new to therapy. That is why I like to create a relaxed and comfortable environment where you lead the way.

I offer person-centred therapy which will enable you to trust your own judgement and decide what you want from life.

My background in education has given me a real insight into people of all ages, backgrounds and situations. I believe strongly in equality and fairness for everybody, so I will take any concerns you may have in your life seriously and I will respond empathetically and ethically to whatever you share with me.

I am trained in Transactional Analysis, which helps us to examine relationships and interactions to enable positive change and personal growth. Using this, together, we can explore any challenges you may have with communication or experiencing difficult emotions. I also volunteer for the Cruse helpline, supporting those who are struggling with bereavement, so if this is something that you are experiencing, I can help.

My fees are £40 per 50 minute session. I offer face to face, online and telephone sessions.
