About me
My one-to-one therapy sessions focus on your unique needs and challenges. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I support you in overcoming life’s obstacles and achieving emotional wellbeing.
Sometimes it can be scary to start the journey, particularly if you are new to therapy. That is why I like to create a relaxed and comfortable environment where you lead the way.
I offer person-centred counselling which will enable you to trust your own judgement and decide what you want from life.
My experience in education has given me a real insight into people of all ages, backgrounds and situations. I believe strongly in equality and fairness for everybody, so I will take any concerns you may have in your life seriously and I will respond empathetically and ethically to whatever you share with me.
Together, we can explore any challenges you may have with communication or experiencing difficult emotions. I have also volunteered for the Cruse helpline, supporting those who are struggling with bereavement, so if this is something that you are experiencing, I can help.
My fees are £50 per 50 minute session. I offer face to face, online and telephone sessions.
